There’s nothing like a quick & intense workout to tone your body. Here’s a series that requires ZERO equipment! It’s called Daily Double, because you pick two short workouts to do each day. Perform them back-to-back, or split them up throughout the day (I suggest four to five days/week). Each workout hits different fitness needs - some are cardio-based, others are for muscle-building isolation. I'll coach you through each exercise. Let's do this!
